	The technical quality Index far outstripped the user Indexes across most of the websites - indicating that assuring the underlying technology is far easier than sorting out the usability issues.
	The user whose needs were best provided for across all sites was the Investor.
	The user whose needs were least provided for across all sites was the candidate employee. Many companies are still not forging links between their website, corporate brand and talent acquisition strategies.
	If an e-mail response is not received within three days, it is highly unlikely that users will receive any response at all.
